Sergio Sanchez appeals a final judgment granting to his estranged wife an injunction for protection against domestic violence. We agree that the evidence was insufficient to support the injunction, and we reverse.

Section 741.30, Florida Statutes (2008), authorizes a circuit court to grant an injunction for protection to any person "who is either the victim of domestic violence. . . or has reasonable cause to believe he or she is in imminent...
