NORTHCUTT, Judge.

Maurice Lawson challenges the denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We affirm, without comment, the denial of ground one of the motion. Because Lawson was illegally sentenced in excess of the statutory maximums for the offenses in question, we reverse the denial of ground two, and we remand for resentencing.
