Robert England appeals his judgments and sentences for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. England was the passenger in a car which was validly stopped for a traffic violation. The driver of the car gave consent for a sheriff's deputy to search the car, and as a result, the traffic stop became a consensual encounter. See State v.
