Chadwick Kegler appeals his judgment and sentences entered in accordance with his no contest plea, challenging the denial of his pro se motion to withdraw plea after sentencing.1 Because the circuit court erred in declining to appoint conflict-free counsel to assist Mr. Kegler on his motion, we reverse the order denying the motion to withdraw plea and remand for further proceedings...
