This is an appeal of an order summarily denying the motion of defendant-appellant Luis Rodriguez to vacate his plea. We affirm.

Defendant-appellant Luis Rodriguez was charged, along with a codefendant, with three counts of first-degree murder for the December 1984 murders of Bea Joseph, Sam Joseph, and Genevieve Abraham.
