Appellant Victor Whitehead, doing business as Whitehead Construction, appeals a final summary judgment entered in favor of Appellee Tyndall Federal Credit Union, in which the trial court found Appellee did not violate the provisions of section 713.3471(2)(a), Florida Statutes (2005).
