Dustin J. Williams appeals his criminal convictions and sentences for manslaughter and grand theft of a firearm. Williams, who was seventeen years old at the time of these offenses, accidentally shot and killed his best friend, Robert Scott Thomas. The firearm he used had been stolen from a deputy's vehicle the day before.
