We reverse the trial court's order striking Appellant's, S.K.D., motion for relief from judgment, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540, because the trial court erroneously concluded that this court had already decided the issues raised therein, and therefore was bound by law of the case.
