The appellant, Leroy Singh, appeals from his conviction of second degree murder with a firearm for the death of Kevin Padmore. We are called upon to decide whether the trial court gave an erroneous jury instruction on the lesser included offense of manslaughter by requiring the same intent element of the greater offense of second degree murder. Additionally, we must determine whether the lower court erred in not permitting two defense witnesses to testify...
