Brian McQuaig ("Former Husband") and Ann McQuaig ("Former Wife") entered into a Consent Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage in October 2006. The final judgment incorporated the parties' agreement that the Former Husband would pay $1,350 per month in child support and $8,000 per month in permanent alimony.
