FCD Development, Inc. (FCD) appeals a final judgment awarding South Florida Sports Committee, Inc. (SFSC) damages based on FCD's filing a notice of lis pendens. FCD argues that SFSC lacked standing to recover damages and that the trial court erred in awarding damages.
