In this workers' compensation appeal, Claimant argues that the Judge of Compensation Claims ("JCC") erred in rejecting the parties' pretrial stipulation regarding Claimant's average weekly wage ("AWW") and in refusing to accept the medical opinions of Claimant's unauthorized treating physician.
