The claimant, Alexander Garcia ("Garcia"), appeals the Unemployment Appeals Commission decision affirming the appeals referee's determination that the claimant is not entitled to state unemployment compensation benefits because he voluntarily left his employment without good cause attributable to his employer. We reverse upon the holding that Garcia's conduct did not disqualify him from receiving unemployment benefits...
