Petitioner Vannessa Van Vorgue seeks review of the decision of the Third District Court of Appeal in Rankin v. Van Vorgue, 994 So.2d 463 (Fla. 3d DCA 2008), that reversed a trial court's order denying release of funds held in escrow and remanded with instructions to allow disbursement to respondent Mara Rankin of fifty percent of the funds held in escrow from the sale of their Miami Beach home.
