This is an appeal from a final summary judgment discharging a construction lien filed by appellant, Everglades Electric Supply, Inc., against a shopping center owned by appellee, Paraiso Granite, LLC. Everglades was a sub-contractor for improvements that one of Paraiso's tenants made on the storefront it leased from Paraiso.
