NORTHCUTT, Judge.

In several motions pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800, Dennis Stark challenged the legality of the sentences imposed following his burglary convictions. The postconviction court granted Stark's motions and resentenced him. But the new sentence was, again, illegal. Therefore, we reverse and remand for resentencing.
