Beach Terrace Association, Inc. (the Association), appeals the circuit court's ruling that it was not entitled to an award of attorney's fees pursuant to sections 718.303 and 718.1255(4)(l), Florida Statutes (2007). On cross-appeal, Wanda DiPaola Stephen Rinko General Partnership (DiPaola) challenges the trial court's computation of prejudgment interest on the attorney's fee award.
