State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) seeks review of the trial court's denial of its motion for summary judgment and grant of Melinda Pressley's motion for summary judgment on her complaint for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Payments Coverage (MPC) benefits.
