SILBERMAN, Judge.

Marvin Alonzo Murphy seeks review of his judgment and sentence for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Murphy challenges the denial of his motion to suppress as well as the sufficiency of the evidence presented to the jury. We conclude that the evidence was sufficient to withstand Murphy's motion for judgment of acquittal and decline to comment further on the issue. However, we reverse and remand for a new hearing on the motion...
