Brett Miller timely appeals a final judgment of foreclosure entered in favor of the Evergreen Lakes Homeowner's Association, Inc. The Association filed a claim of lien against Miller's unit and, subsequently, a complaint against Miller because he had neglected to pay certain maintenance assessments. The final judgment of foreclosure awarded the Association a total of $4432.34 in past due maintenance assessments, late fees, and special assessments owed...
