Nicholas B. Mitrani and Michael R. Venticinque were charged with a variety of crimes as a result of their alleged participation in a drive-by shooting. Two witnesses, Jacob White and Jeffrey Wade, provided sworn statements to law enforcement during the initial investigation of the incident.
