Because the record contains ample evidence to support the termination of appellant-father's parental rights on grounds of failure to comply with his case plan, § 39.806(1)(e)1., Fla. Stat. (2008), and abandonment, § 39.806(1)(b), Fla. Stat. (2008),1 the judgment under review is affirmed.
