PER CURIAM.

This appeal presents the primary question of whether there was sufficient evidence to sustain convictions for two counts of official misconduct of a city commissioner for filing falsified official conflict forms.

The defendant, Keith Wasserstrom, a former Commissioner for the City of Hollywood, was charged with five counts. The trial court granted a judgment of acquittal for the one count of unlawful compensation, and the jury found him not guilty...
