Eucenda Segundo ("the defendant") appeals from the trial court's orders awarding attorney's fees to Cedric Reid ("the plaintiff"), pursuant to the demand for judgment statute, section 768.79, Florida Statutes (2005), and the proposal for settlement rule, Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.442.
