The petition is granted and Nathaniel Armstrong, Jr., is hereby afforded belated appeal of the order of the Circuit Court in and for Duval County which denied postconviction relief in case number 2006-CF-17207-AXXX on March 31, 2009. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided to the clerk of the circuit court who shall treat it as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
