This is an appeal of an order denying a motion under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. On December 31, 2002, Bernard J. Joseph was convicted of one count of First Degree Murder, one count of Armed Robbery with a Firearm, and one count of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. On February 10, 2003, Joseph was sentenced to a term of natural life on the counts of First Degree Murder and Armed Robbery with a Firearm and a term of three years in state prison...
