Appellant challenges a final administrative order issued by the Residency Appeals Committee ("RAC") of appellee Florida Atlantic University, denying her petition to reclassify her residency status in order to qualify for in-state tuition. We affirm, as competent substantial evidence supports the denial of the petition.
