Clauro Enterprises, Inc., ("Clauro") and Ricardo Rupcich ("Rupcich") appeal an order denying their motion to vacate a final default judgment for lack of jurisdiction entered in favor of Aragon Galiano Holdings, LLC ("Aragon").
