Progressive American Insurance Company, the plaintiff below, appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendants, Gregory, Inc. d/b/a Lon Worth Crow Insurance Agency and USI Insurance Services of Florida, Inc. (collectively "Lon Worth") on its breach of contract claim. We reverse, and remand for further proceedings described herein.
