Zeiger Crane Rentals, Inc. and Carl Jarrell (collectively "the Appellants") appeal the trial court's order granting Double A Industries, Inc.'s motion to dismiss and the final summary judgment in favor of P.F. Construction, Inc. We reverse the portion of the trial court's order dismissing Count III of the Appellants' complaint, the breach of contract claim against Double A. We affirm all other portions of both orders.
