Kesner Etienne appeals his judgment and sentences on two counts of attempted first degree murder with a firearm, one count of burglary of an occupied dwelling with a firearm, and one count of attempted robbery with a firearm. Etienne argues that the trial court should have granted his motions for judgment of acquittal on the attempted first degree murder charges, and that the sentences were illegal.
