Pauline Copeland, as personal representative of the Estate of Willie F. Hogue (the Estate), appeals a final judgment entered against Wayne R. Buswell and Patco Transport, Inc.1 The trial court found that Mr. Buswell and Patco Transport were liable for damages caused by the injury resulting in the death of Willie F. Hogue. The court awarded the Estate a portion of the damages sought on its behalf in a wrongful death action...
