The claimant, Emilio Blaisdell, appeals a final order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission, which upheld the appeals referee's findings that the claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits and obligated to repay benefits initially awarded by the claims adjudicator.
