PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals the denial of his postconviction motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm the denial of all but two of appellant's claims.

As to appellant's claim that counsel was ineffective for failing to obtain videotapes which allegedly showed the incident giving rise to the charges (ground D), we reverse and remand for the trial court to either attach portions of the record conclusively refuting the claim...
