Gregory Schlicher timely appeals his judgment of conviction and sentence on drug-related charges. Schlicher argues that the trial court reversibly erred by denying his motion to dismiss pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c), motion for judgment of acquittal, and motion to sever.
