Sandra and Michael Beckley (the Defendants) timely appeal the trial court's non-final order denying their cross-motion to quash service of process and non-final order granting Best Restorations, Inc.'s (the Plaintiff) motion for default. We reverse the trial court's order denying the Defendants' cross-motion to quash service of process because section 48.031(6), Florida Statutes (2008) was not a valid method for the Plaintiff to serve the Defendants...
