RAMIREZ, J.

Lonestar Alternative Solutions, Inc. appeals the trial court's order granting the Leview-Boymelgreen Soleil Developers, LLC's ("Soleil") motion to dismiss Lonestar's amended complaint with prejudice. We reverse the trial court's dismissal with prejudice because Lonestar's amended complaint stated a cause of action and thus dismissal was incorrect.
