Raymond Howells appeals an order denying his motion to correct sentence filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). He alleges that pursuant to a plea agreement with the State, he was sentenced in two cases to concurrent sentences of 60 months in prison, suspended on the condition that he successfully complete two years of community control and three years of probation.
