Appellants, Foxfire Properties, LLC ("Foxfire Properties"), and Sugar Loaf Environmental Holdings, LLC ("Sugar Loaf"), challenge an order denying their motion to compel arbitration. We reverse because we disagree with the trial court's interpretation of the arbitration clause at issue.
