In this cocaine possession case, we address whether an experienced police officer's observations of a hand-to-hand exchange in a high crime area, along with other suspicious behavior, gave rise to a "reasonable suspicion" of criminal activity, thereby justifying the detention of Appellant for further investigation. We conclude that the totality of the circumstances in this case justified the detention. Accordingly, we affirm the order that denied the motion...
