Vincent Raines appeals an order denying his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Although we affirm this order, we do so for reasons other than those contained in the order. The sentence imposed in April 1990 in case number 89-20755-A by Judge Harry Lee Coe was an illegal sentence. Nevertheless, Mr. Raines has fully served that sentence.
