PER CURIAM.

Kirkland Washington, Appellant, appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. He raises several grounds for relief, only one of which merits discussion. Appellant argues the trial court erred in summarily denying his claim that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to advise him of the victim's unavailability to testify at trial. We agree.
