Freddie Lee Haliburton appeals the trial court's summary denial of his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) and 3.850 motions. The motions raised variants of the same claim, and the trial court denied them in a single order ruling that the claim was impermissibly successive. We affirm.
