Timothy Marckman seeks review of the trial court's order summarily denying his motion for postconviction relief, which was filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Marckman's motion raised six claims, and Marckman raises five issues on appeal. We agree with Marckman that the postconviction court erred in summarily denying ground four of his motion, in which he alleged that his plea was involuntary because the trial court failed...
