Abbey Parker, the plaintiff in the court below, petitions this court for a writ of certiorari to quash an order compelling two of her treating physicians to answer expert witness interrogatories propounded to them by Tia Arlene James, the defendant. We hold that the circuit court's order departed from the essential requirements of the law, causing material injury to Ms. Parker for which there is no adequate remedy at law.
