Neely Kountze (Neely) appeals an order denying his motion to dismiss the complaint of his cousin, Edward Kountze (Edward), for lack of personal jurisdiction. Edward sued Neely for recording a telephone conversation between the two without Edward's permission in violation of the Florida Security of Communications Act (the Act). See § 934.03, Fla. Stat.
