Police observed Dallas sell a piece of crack cocaine to a woman for $4. He fled with the cash but was eventually arrested and convicted of delivery of cocaine and unlawful transportation of currency. He appeals the latter conviction, arguing that the trial court should have granted his motion for judgment of acquittal because the State failed to present any evidence that he transported the cash with the intent to promote unlawful activity.
