Attorney Neal Shniderman appeals the final judgment for attorneys' fees entered against him and in favor of his former client for a portion of the sanctions assessed against the client for bad faith litigation conduct. We affirm that portion of the judgment representing the fees incurred by the injured party as a result of Shniderman's actions; this portion of the judgment was within the inherent power of the court to sanction attorneys for bad faith litigation...
