Appellant Dolgencorp, Inc. ("Dollar General") appeals from the trial court's entry of final judgment in favor of Appellee Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc.'s ("Winn-Dixie") Count III for injunctive relief. Because we find that the trial court erred in granting injunctive relief, we reverse the trial court's entry of final judgment as to Count III.
