ROTHENBERG, J.

Oren Cohen ("Cohen") appeals from a non-final order denying his motion to dissolve an injunction entered by the trial court on November 20, 2007. We have jurisdiction. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.130(a)(3)(B). Because the trial court did not abuse its discretion by refusing to dissolve the temporary injunction, we affirm.
